Business hours being 8:00 to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Saturday. Warranty does not cover or include routine maintenance such as changing/cleaning filters, breaker tripping or replacing fuses. • It shall be at the discretion of Universal Air & Heat and its Technician to repair or replace defective parts, units or materials whenever is necessary.
