PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MEETING MINUTES
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2019 6:30 PM
LCALL TO ORDER
Chairman John Busta Called the meeting to order.

There were no Board Members Disclosures.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Ms. Alina Nunez asked for clarification about Board Members Disclosures. Chairman John Busta explained what
it meant. Richard Sarafan, Village Attorney also shared what the Board Members Disclose and what they do
before the meeting takes place.
3.MINUTES
Motion to Approve the Planning and Zoning Minutes of October 24, 2019 made by Mr. Daniel Brady, seconded
by Ms. Irene Hegedus and the Motion was unanimously approved.

Articles IV, V and VI of Appendix A Zoning, Sec. 400 Schedule of
Regulations and Sec. 600. Site plan review for an addition to the library.
Motion to approve subject to Staffs recommendations with the following
conditions: 1. Match the material that is there today. 2. East elevation that the
top of the door and the window are at the same level. 3 The sidewalk on the
east elevation need to connect. Motion made by Ms. Irene Hegedus, seconded
by Mr. Daniel Brady and the Motion was approved unanimously.
