1)CALL TO ORDER
Chairman John Busta called the Meeting to Order at 6:30 P.M.
Mr. Sarafanexplained to the Applicants present the three-member rule, how the vote had to be
unanimous, and asked them if they wanted to wait until next meeting when all five members will
be present. All applicants chose to stay for the hearing today.

Mr. Kendall presented the ordinance amending section 516 clarifying the prohibition of
mechanical equipment in the 10’ setback.
Mr. Kendall let the Board know that Mr. Daniel Brady had expressed his approval of the
Ordinancevia phone conversation in absenteeism.
The Board asked questions and discussed the item at this time.
Mr. Sarafan made recommendations to the Board.
The Board discussed the item.
Motion to approve the Ordinance made by Ms. Irene Hegedus, Seconded by Mr. David Snow
and the Motion was approved 3-0.

7)BOARD MEMBER COMMENTS
The Board discussed the Air B & B issue in Miami Shores. Mr. Sarafan explained the Village’s
posture in this matter.

There being no further discussion before the board, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
