THIS AGREEMENT, made this 29na DAY OF AUGUST, 2018 by and between OAK CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., a Florida
Corporation, located 4000 SW 301Avenue, Ft Lauderdale, Florida 33312; hereinafter called the "CONTRACTOR" and QUAMEC
CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation, located at 7550 WEST 2ND COURT, HIALEAH, FLORIDA 33014, PHONE: 305-
846-9209; FAX: 866-605-3732; hereinafter referred to as the "SUBCONTRACTOR." WHEREAS, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten (10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid each to the other, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged and for the consideration hereinafter named, the said Sub -Contractor covenants and agrees with the contractor as
follows: FIRST: a) In this contac4 the word "Work" shall mean the work, labor, services, materials and things required to be done and
furnished by the Sub -Contractor under this contract b) The word "Owner" shall mean the person, firm, corporation, municipality,
county or department or agency of the State or Federal government primarily and originally contracting with the Contractor for the
performance of the work c) The words "ArrhiteW or "Engineer" shall mean the Architect or Engineer or other representative of the
Owner under whose supervision or inspection the work is required to be done by the terms of the primary contract between the Owner
and the Contractor. d) The words "Building" or "Structure" shall also mean and include outside utilities, sidewalks, landscaping, roads,
streets and other subjects and objects of construction as provided for in the primary and principal contract between the Owner and the
Contractor. e) The Sub -Contractor agrees to provide the work required and will complete the following described items of work in
connection with the construction at PUBLIX STORE #0794 - PUBLIX AT MIAMI SHORES - 9050 BISCAYNE
BOULEVARD, MIAMI SHORES, FLORIDA 33138, will furnish all labor, material, scaffolding, equipment, machinery, tools,
accessories, apparatus, transportation, all required shop drawings, all required samples, and shall, as often as directed by contractor,
completely clean all work and remove all debris from job site, and perform all work in a workmanship like manner necessary to
complete and attain final inspections of the Architect and/or Engineer and/or Owner as specified in the plans and described in the
specifications, including any addenda thereto and including the General Conditions and/or Special Conditions as prepared by
Architects and Engineers ATKINS - 800 WATERFORD WAY, SUITE 700, MIAMI, FLORIDA 33126. These drawings and
addenda shall be kept on file in the office of Contractor, and shall be considered as part of and illustrating this Agreement Work
shown on Drawings though not mentioned in specifications, or described in specifications and not shown on drawings, shall be
executed as part of this contract, and said drawings shall be construed as supplementing one another.

work to be done. ELEVENTH: Sub -Contractor shall turn said work over to Contractor in good condition and free and clear of all
claims, encumbrances of liens, and shall protect and save harmless Contractor and Owner from all claims, encumbrances of liens
growing out of suits to establish such claims, and pay any such claim or Gen so established TWELFTH: All labor used throughout
the work shall be acceptable to the Contractor and Owner, and of a standing or affiliation that will permit the work to be carried on
harmoniously and without delay, and that will in no case or under any circumstances cause any disdubance, interference or delay to the
progress of the building, structure or facilities, or any other work being carried on by the Owner or Contractor in any other town or city
in the United States or foreign countries. THIRTEENTH: Sub -Contractor guarantees that all work executed under this contract will
be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the Final Certificate of Approval by the
Owner, Certificate of Occupancy by Building Department or guarantee period as set out in the specifications, whichever period is
greater. FOURTEENTH: The faihue ofthe Sub -Contractor to comply with any of the terms and/or conditions of this contract shall
constitute a default on the part of the Sub -Contractor. Any sum due the Sub -Contractor under this contract, or any other contract
between the parties hereto, is liquidated and agreed upon damages, or applied to the damages sustained as a result of the default of the
Sub -Contractor, and such retention shall in no way prolu'bit or affect the Contractofs right or recourse under this contract to further
ciaun of legal action. FIFTEENTH: This contract and the instruments described herein contain all of the terms and conditions agreed
upon by the parties hereto and their respective Iegal representatives, successors and assigns. SIXTEENTH: All payments under this
