• Seth has been working diligently to get the golf course ready for the Member – Guest tournament
• Installed new artificial turf on the driving range, the feedback has been very positive
New Business:
M. Griffith –
• Came to the Club for lunch and dinner and the service has been excellent
• Working on the St. Rose of Lima 1st Holy Communion, Resa has been very helpful
R. Marando –
• How did the Super Bowl party event go?
• Why is the Member Guest tournament entry fee so high?
A. Pozzi –
• The Super Bowl went very well, the bar was busy
• The Club will do the event again next year
• The member Guest tournament entry fees include cart fee for two, green fees for the guest, dinner
for two, prizes, tax and gratuity
C. Baetzel –
• 26 teams have signed up for the Member – Guest tournament
• The handicaps of the guests must be verified
P. Rajo –
• Valentines dinner was very good

M. Wilcoxen –

• The Club Championship and Net Championship will be played at the same time

more like summer, will address it with Seth
• A new beverage cart attendant has been hired
B. Brown – Compliments to the entire staff
M. Mennes – The roughs are very high
A. Pozzi – Same comments as above in reference to the members side of the driving range tee
T. Halloran –
• Very happy
• For the Member-Guest tournament for next year we should consider bringing poker dealers in and
having a tournament with prizes for the winner, also possibly a cigar roller and should have some
membership information available, like they do at Riviera Country Club
A. Pozzi –
• Great Ideas
• We will do a burger and beer night on Thursdays in conjunction with TAGWOL
P. Rajo – Should change the hamburger bun to a pretzel bun
A. Pozzi – Will look at the different options with Chef Emilio

• Resurfaced all the clay tennis courts
• The sprinklers have been replaced
• Spring camp is coming up and the flyers have been emailed
• Planning to launch pickle ball, with a demo match on March 23rd from 10 – 12pm
C. Baetzel –
• New benches, ball washers, trash receptacles and adirondack chairs have been placed throughout the
golf course
• The Club Championship is scheduled for March 30 and 31
• Discussed the options for ordering personalized golf head covers, would have to order too many and
the cost is prohibitive
R. Marando – bring it up at the member guest tournament and maybe ask the members to pre-order the
head covers to get an idea of how many people would be interested
R. Strickland – No Comments
The next meeting is scheduled for March 27, 2019
Meeting adjourned at 6:40 pm
