We have performed a Structural Inspection and an Electrical Inspection of the building referenced above,
In accordance with the Miami Dade County Ordinance No.75-34 and under Section (f) of the Miami Dade
County Code.
We conclude from our inspection that the above structure is both structurally and electrically safe for
continued use and occupancy.
As a routine matter, in order to avoid misunderstanding, nothing in this report should be construed directly
or indirectly as a guarantee for any portion of structure. To the best of my knowledge and professional
opinion this report represents and accurate appraisal of the present condition of the building base upon
careful evaluation of observed conditions, to the extent reasonably possible.
The report does not exclude conclusions concerning he adequacy of the components nor can we be
responsible for any latent defects that may arise in the future. In accepting the report, client agree to be
bound by the condition of the inspection. Our extent of liability is limited to the amount of the inspection
fee. The inspection consisted of a visual examination of the structure. No destructive of environmental
testing, nor were any walls or ceiling opened for inspection where access was not already in place.
The building is approximately 4,276 sq. ft.

We have performed a Structural Inspection and an Electrical Inspection of the building referenced above,
In accordance with the Miami Dade County Ordinance No.75-34 and under Section (f) of the Miami Dade
County Code.
We conclude from our inspection that the above structure is both structurally and electrically safe for
continued use and occupancy.
As a routine matter, in order to avoid misunderstanding, nothing in this report should be construed directly
or indirectly as a guarantee for any portion of structure. To the best of my knowledge and professional
opinion this report represents and accurate appraisal of the present condition of the building base upon
careful evaluation of observed conditions, to the extent reasonably possible.
The report does not exclude conclusions concerning he adequacy of the components nor can we be
responsible for any latent defects that may arise in the future. In accepting the report, client agree to be
bound by the condition of the inspection. Our extent of liability is limited to the amount of the inspection
fee. The inspection consisted of a visual examination of the structure. No destructive of environmental
testing, nor were any walls or ceiling opened for inspection where access was not already in place.
The building is approximately 4,276 sq. ft.
The building is structurally safe for its use and present occupancy.
