VII) CONTINUED ITEMS: VI) NEW ITEMS None VIII) DISCUSSION Staff reported that he received the information for the RFP on the Park Master Plan. Staff said that the next hearing discussion items would be: 1. Onsite parking Regulation. 2. Sign code review. 3. Review current FAR designation. 4. Regulation on Fences on downtown area. Mr. Sarafan complimented Chairman Busta on a meeting well run. Staff reported the advancement of the Artificial Turf at Council. Mr. Sarafan gave a brief overview of the proceeding that Mr. Guillen had brought up regarding the Comp Plan.
