Motion to approve subject to Staff's recommendations with an amendment by Ms. Hegedus that the storage
be labeled and maid's quarters made by Mr. Daniel Brady, Seconded by Mr. Harrison Bergman and the vote
was approved 4 -1 with Mr. Snow voting against the Motion.

VIII) DISCUSSION
Mr. Snow commented on the reasons for him voting no on the last new item on the agenda.
Mr. Bergman gave a brief comment about the reason why the Board should have a discussion when making a
Motion.
The Board discussed the report due to the Village Clerk.
Staff will report to Council the Boards report when done.
Discussion took place about the application package. Staff would like to have two weeks to bring before the
Council.
The Board spoke about how to go about this item.
There was discussion about the future parks and recreation plan.
There was consensus amongst the Board members to have the report due to the Village Clerk ready by the
meeting on April 25, 2019.
The Board agreed to email their inputs to Staff before this meeting.
Discussion about new business by the Board and Staff.
