progress were performed by this office including marking of loose, cracked and spalled concrete on all
balconies and exterior surface of the building. Also included was the inspection of catwalk and balcony.
1, Arshad Viqar, P.E. having performed and approved the required inspections, as listed in the approved
inspection log, hereby attest that "To the best of my knowledge and belief and professional judgment the
concrete restoration are in substantial compliance with the drawings, specifications, and approved permit
documents."
This document is being prepared in accordance with section 110.8.4.1 of the 2017 Florida Building Code
and is being submitted to the building department for a certificate of completion.
