Dear Alex,
On 11/5/18, the roof failed final inspection because (1) failure to provide ladder for high roof; (2) tile
underlayment may not be exposed on the valleys.; either provide open valley with metal or provide approved
roof coating over underlayment.
On 11/7/18, Isaacs Roofing put a triangular material at the corner overhang of the valley. A ladder was put up
for the high roof inspection.
On 11/8/18, the inspector indicated that the material installed was not necessary and the upper roof was not
inspected.
I have a meeting with Miami Shores Building Department on 11/13/18 at 8:30 a.m. to discuss the
discrepancies.
