Ref: 1.5 ton split system installation for Browne Hall Rooms 17 and 18
Dear Sir,
Thank you for calling on Cool Water Air Conditioning. The following is a price
quote to supply and install a 1.5 ton split system for rooms 17 and 18 at Browne Hall. The Air
Handler is a Fan/Coil Unit located in the ceiling and will require ceiling grid removal and re-
install. This unit is made by First Company and will include installation in same location.
Reconnect to existing ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical, and condensate lines. Condensate
Float switch and reconnect to existing BAS Thermostat. Startup system and check for proper
operation.
The price to do this would be $4,000.00
The breakdown on this would be $1750 for the equipment, $1450 for the Labor,
Miscellaneous Material $400, and $400 for the Permit.
