Within ninety (90) days after having been elected, eliminated, or withdrawing your candidacy, you
must dispose dispose of surplus funds of your campaign account as provided in Section 106.141,
F.S. and file a final report.

Reports shall be filed no later than 5:00 PM on the designated day, however, any report
postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service prior to midnight on the designated day shall be deemed
to have been filed in a timely manner.

In accordance with Section 101.5612, Florida Statutes, a logic and accuracy test will be conducted
on the automatic tabulating equipment to be used in the Miami Shores Village Council election.
The test is tentatively scheduled for 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 4 and will be held at the County's
Division of Elections office, located at 2700 N.W. 87th Avenue, Doral, Florida.
At a suitable time, please forward to me a couple of paragraphs that will tell Village residents why
you are running for office. In addition, a photo that can be printed along with your write -up. I ask
that you keep the statement to approximately 200 words. Your information will be put on our
website and carried in our Village Newsletter prior to the election. Please have the information
to me no later than Monday, March 4th
