Dear Ms. Benigni, SCOPE OF WORK: Task Order No. 1 authorizes Disaster Program & Operations, Inc (DP &O) to perform Debris Monitoring per DP &O proposal reply to Florida City RFP 2017 -003 awarded, September 12, 2017. °DP &O" will perform Debris Monitoring per FEMA Pilot Program for Accelerated Debris Removal Program. This Task Order No. 1 by Miami Shores Village (Miami Shores) provides a Notice to Proceed with the Debris Monitoring, Disaster Management and Recovery Services including FEMA Public Assistance Administrative Services Scope of Work per DP &O proposed Scope of Services and Rates in the DP &O proposal to the City of Florida City dated September 7, 2017. PAYMENT TERMS: Task Order## l is for the first 0 -30 Days of Debris Monitoring. DP &O is to submit weekly invoices to Miami Shores with appropriate supporting information per invoice. Task Orders for Debris Monitoring will be issued as needed until debris removal and monitoring is complete and Hurricane Irma Storm debris is removed from Miami Shores. SCHEDULE: Time is of the Essence and DP &0 shall initiate work immediately under this Task Order. This task order is limited to the first 30 days of Hurricane Irma debris removal. This Task Order may be supplemented by additional task orders for the 31 to 90 day schedule pending progress of debris removal.
