THIS INDENTURE, made this 18th day of December, A. D.
1937, BETWEEN M. S. RUDISILL and FLORA B. RUDISILL, his wife,
of Sturgis, Michigan, parties of the firs't' part, AND MIAMI SHORES
VILLAGE, a Municipal ' Corporation under the laws of the State of Florida,
