Advisory Board Meeting
Wednesday,January 27,2016
Present: M. Wilcoxen,M. Griffith,B. Brown,M. Gallo,M.Pacheco,R. Marando,C. Baetzel,
R. Strickland and A. Pozzi
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm
December meeting minutes were approved
A. Pozzi—
• Purchased 2 brand new 70"TVs for the lounge
• Looking forward to doing the Big Game party on the new TVs
• Not advertising the big 24 foot screen outside
• Spent time researching the loyalty program. Trying to see if we can make it work with our systems
the program is fantastic,there is so much you can do with it. We have concerns as to whether we
can implement it and operate it efficiently.
New Business:
A. Pozzi—
• Getting close to closing all the permits for the bar renovations
• Passed the fire inspection
• The record rains have had a devastating impact on golf rounds and revenue for the months of
December and January
M.Pacheco—
• Following up on an idea from Mrs. Griffith about a family night for middle school aged children
• Suggested karaoke with prizes
• The date selected was March 4`h from 7 to 10 pm
M. Wilcoxen—
• There have been rakes missing on the golf carts
• The line by the trestle needs to be repainted
• Should reinstate the policy that every Thursday to sand the divots
• Barbara Ryan won the Wilcox Tournament and Martha Wilcoxen came in second
• Chris and some members of the ladies golf association are going to a rules and regulations seminar
C.Baetzel—The rakes are on order
M. Griffith—Is the Police Department doing anything about the people speeding through the parking lot
A. Pozzi—We have seen an increase in the police presence in the parking lot,which is a good deterrent for
speeders also for break-ins.

B.Brown—No Complaints,the dining is wonderful and the service is great

R. Marando—Excited about the Super Bowl party
C.Baetzel—
• Titlist ball fitting today
• Mr. and Mrs.Butts won the member—member match play tournament
• The FSGA re-rated the golf course and the new ratings have been programmed into the handicap
computer and may affect some current handicaps. The new scorecards which will be ordered next
month will reflect the new ratings.
• The Wednesday Shootout game has increased in players every week
• We have 27 teams signed up for the 6-6-6 tournament
R. Strickland—No Comments
With no further business,meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
Next Meeting is scheduled for February 24
