Advisory Board Meeting
Wednesday,October 29,2014
Present: M. Rionda,M.Wilcoxen,M. Griffith,L. Mennes,M. Mennes,B. Brown,M.Gallo,C. Baetzel,
H. Orlin,R. Strickland and Alberto Pozzi
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm
A. Pozzi—Update of Summer Happenings at the Club...
• Paving area of the Maintenance Shop is completed
• Completed the renovation of the restrooms in the lounge
• Mr. Rionda was instrumental in helping with the recommendations of the contractor and helped
with the tile and fixtures selections—Club thanks him
• We had a very good summer in revenue for the golf course and food and beverage
• The Friday family nights have been well received and well attended
B. Brown—How are the membership renewals coming?
A. Pozzi-
• Renewals are very strong
• Very few members have not renewed
• There are 5 new golf members
New Business:
M. Wilcoxen—
• MSWGA is back running
• Started the fourball tournament
L. Mennes—
• Food has been great
• Had an issue with the food not coming out at the same time
A.Pozzi—will address with Pavel and the kitchen
H. Orlin—
• The new awning should be in next week
• Going to paint the tops of the but green to match the awning
• Offering new clinics on Monday and Wednesday in the mornings and evenings for the women

• May consider eliminating some of the ballwashers
• The water stinks
A. Pozzi-Will address the ball washers with Seth and Trace
M. Griffith-
• Has been here a lot this summer
• Had Jack's birthday party here and it was great and the staff was excellent
• The new server,Chuck,is great
B. Brown-
• Seth is doing a great job
• Golf Course is in great condition
• Chris is doing a fantastic job
M. Gallo -
• The first annual Miami Shores Presbyterian Golf Tournament had a great turnout
• The staff was great
• Guests of the tournament said how wonderful everything was
• Going to have a tournament on Sunday,December 14 and then come to the lounge to watch the
Dolphins-Patriots game
• Working on getting new members to join the club
A. Pozzi-appreciates the help
C. Baetzel-The project on#2 worked very well,the grass is green,commend Seth on doing a great job
M. Rionda-Golf has been great

• The next Family Night is scheduled for January 9"'
• The next meeting will be November 19 1
