Gallo— • The golf course is in great condition • The bar is excellent • The Club had a great Easter Bunny B. Brown—Why did we aerate the greens like we did? ' A. Pozzi - • The lines you see on the greens are not the result of aerification but rather the application of a pesticide to treat nematodes • The nematode counts are very high on some of the greens and the insects eat the roots of the turf • There is new product that is called Curfew and the application has to be made by a licensed company and they inject the product into the soil directly leaving what appears to be aeration marks • The application cost$8000 • We now have to wait 30 days to see what the nematode counts are T.Allison— • The greens aerification schedule will be posted soon,we planned for 3 times • Going to verticut the tees next week • We have a new Wednesday night league • Tagwol is back R.
