Advisory Board Meeting
Wednesday,June 26,2013
Present: H. Spahn,L. Mennes,M. Mennes,M. Gallo,B. Brown,R. Garcia,
T.Allison,R. Strickland and Alberto Pozzi
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm
A. Pozzi—
• We are going to tent the building on September 16, 17 and 18t".
• The week of July 8,we are going to aerify and verticut the greens,tees and fairways
• Getting ready for the July 4"'party
• Working on a structure for the entrance to the locker room and pro shop to prevent water coining in
when we have heavy rains
New Business:
H. Spahn—Father's Day was very well done
L. Mennes—The Grandchildren participated in the summer camp and they enjoyed it
M. Mennes—
• The TAGWOL season finished and the food was very good
• Still have not seen the walk mowers
B. Brown—
• Nice clean water in the ballwashers
• Food is excellent
M. Gallo—nothing to say,very happy
R.Garcia—Great Father's Day,everything went smoothly
T.Allison—
• Compliments from members and guests that the Golf course is in the best condition they have ever
seen
• Compliments to Seth and his crew
R. Strickland—The next meeting is scheduled for September 25th
With no further business,meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
