A.Pozzi—Let minutes stand as read
A.Pozzi—
• There are some new faces,we have some vacancies and solicited 4 active golf members,to attend
this meeting as guests
• Jessie Walters had to resign,so we 1 official vacancy
• Village appoints 6 members to board then Ms. Lowell is an ad-hoc member
• The date for the renovation to start is June 12
• Done with all the tree work,#2 took out all the pine trees
• New grass does not tolerate shade
• Finalizing irrigation contract,valves to be replaced
B. Brown—Are you planning on doing any additional treework in preparation for hurricane season?
A. Pozzi—
• Will do the tree work in summer months
• Planning on doing a closing event,no rules,can dress anyway
• Drafting a letter to members
• We are giving a premier card to all members all they have to pay is cart rate only
E. Lowell—
• Ladies will play at Nonnandy on Thursdays
• Alberto to speak at final luncheon on May 5
A. Pozzi—
• Randy is working on a new lunch menu
• Thursday was the first time Joe Donato played and the place was jumping
• Going to reopen the kitchen
• Influx of members from Westview
• Golf and Social should exceed 50
• Westview is closing this Friday,they are going to teardown the clubhouse
• They are going to make the club a private high end club

• Summer camp promotion is on the way
• 40 children have signed up already
• Renovation of common area office is in progress now
• Hired an administrative assistant for pro-shop
• Getting ready for summer

L. Mennes—
• Howie is having someone paint the proshop,getting new chairs and doing landscaping
• Driving on 6"'Ave,heading South the sprinkler was watering the street
G. Schmidt—will stop in on Thursday for the Jazz
A. Pozzi—congrats to Bob for his participation in the council elections
B. Swan—
• Should have been more prepared on Thursday for the jazz
• Kitchen should have been open
• Music was great
• Joe Donato has a following
• Ceiling in dining room and lounge is awful,needs to be replaced
• Should have more tvs in the lounge
A. Pozzi—
• No way to predict the crowd we would get
• One of the things that will be addressed
• Priority is the kitchen line it will take$45 -$50,000 to fix
• Going to replace equipment
• Loss of revenue and contracts upwards of$750,000
• Over by$50,000-$75,000
T.Allison—
• Have 2 charity golf tournaments coming up—the propeller club on may 12 and north Miami
chamber on may 13
• For the closing tournament on June 12 we will have prices for the worst dressed and beat the pro
• Will be able to park on the greens,will be able to do stuff can't nonnally do

R. Sickelsmith—
• Working on the new lunch menu
• Tweeking the dinner menu
• Going to prepare the food and take pictures of it
• Some new menu items are the caprese sandwich on ciabatta bread and the mojo pulled pork
sandwich
• Going to change the salads
• Changing the desserts
• Free lunch card—stamp card—when you get 5 stamps your next meal is free
• Going to get new brochures made with the new menu
• Going to go to local businesses and pass out brochure and the lunch card
• Have 2 months to use the lunch card,they are good Monday through Friday only
• Going to have 1 plate specials for business people so they can get in and out quickly
• Easter was busy and successful
• Mother's Day numbers are coming in slowly
• Going to be more aggressive with advertising
