Advisory Board Meeting

Present: H. Spahn,B. Swan,J. Walters,E. Lowell, L. Mennes,G. Schmidt,
R. Baker, S. Strickland and A.Pozzi
A.Pozzi—Let minutes stand as read
A. Pozzi—
• Final appointment with contractor to discuss scope of work for the green complexes renovation
project
• Start getting permits
• Closing on July 5th
E. Lowell—Are there going to be reciprocal privileges?
A. Pozzi—Miami Shores will buy Premier cards and all the members have to do is pay cart
H. Spahn—Is the driving range going to be open?
A.Pozzi—
• The driving range will be open—might run it out of the bar
• We will still do the summer camps
• Restaurant will be open
• Met with Mr. Gonzalez and he is concerned with the art work that we currently have and we will
meet again
New Business:
H. Spahn—the music is too loud on Friday nights
E. Lowell—Ladies are happy
B. Swan—
• Hope that we are going to market to let people know we are still open for lunch while the course
is closed
• 5:00 pm put the lights on in bar
G. Schmidt—For the brunch there is a strange selection of music
A. Pozzi—will use the piano only and that will take care of the problem
L. Mennes—the food for the St. Rose Tournament was very good .
J.Walters—Came on Monday at 5:30 pin and the front door was locked and there were no lights on,but the
TVs were on at the bar
R. Baker—Gave everyone a list of tournaments

• Thanksgiving should exceed last year sales
• For New Years,Resa booked a group of 28,very confident to oversell last yeat
• Friday sales are good
• Wine sales have increased
R. Strickland—Last meeting till April
A. Pozzi—No Meeting in December
