A.Pozzi—Let minutes stand as read
Everyone introduced themselves to Mr. Schmidt
A. Pozzi— '
• New tees opened October 1
• Number 10 had to be re-sodded
• Next summer going to redo greens,project will cost approximately$600,000
• Miami Shores will try to arrange reciprocals
New Business:
R. Gonzalez—Clubhouse needs new look,it can be achieved with$30,000
A. Pozzi—Will get together with Mr. Gonzalez and discuss particulars and suggestions in detail
H. Spahn—New name for lounge?
A.Pozzi—Club 19 was Mr. LaPonzina's request
E. Lowell—Opening day 21 signed up,best turnout in years
B. Swan—Wings and snacks are good,need to advertise more
R. Gonzalez—Is Chris feeling better? He does a good job
Mr. Walters—Will closing next summer affect Clubhouse?
A.Pozzi—Miami Shores will market accordingly and minimize impact on revenues for the Clubhouse
L. Mennes—
• Leagues starting this week
• Free clinics on Wednesdays are helping with membership
• Renovations to start November 8
G. Schmidt—Website privacy policy might be considered for home page
M. Agosta—Second computer in bar would help speed the service
S. Strickland—New greens are going to be a tremendous asset
A.Pozzi—Greens have not been redone in 50 years
R.Baker—Good revenue from some outside events in the next few weeks, looking forward to a good season
A.Pozzi—Next Meeting will be November 17'11
