A. Pozzi—Presented an overview on the condition of the Golf Industry
A. Pozzi—
• We operate Five Clubs
• Public Golf Courses grew in 1985 from 6000 to 9000 in 2005
• Too many courses in 1988-1989—40000 rounds
• In 2008 -32000 rounds
• Miami Shores—41000 rounds
• Due to lack of play,many operators began to downgraded service,course conditions and lowered
rates
• 150 to 200 courses will close this year
• 5 privately owned public courses in Dade County
R. Gonzalez—How many clubs does P.C.M. operate?
New Business:

• After July 4"'going to renovate all tees
• 12 week process
• Inconvenience to men
• Hope golfers will be patient
H. Spahn—Can you move people one time?
A.Pozzi-Loss of revenue will increase cost 50—60000

• Key West trip last week,had a great time
• Sommelier date for next year
E. Lowell -
• Liked pictures on newsletter
• Really enjoyed closing luncheon
• Lucky to get Aventura women in league

• Shade at Bar?
• Coffee Maker?
• Bonanza tickets—need manager to order—delays service
• 2 for 1 drinks need manager

• Need manager to close check for control system reasons
• No control without manager deletion
R. Gonzalez—How often do you do inventory?

B. Swan—why are only alcoholic beverages 2 for 1
A.Pozzi—To entice a golfer for drinks after golf,looking for golfer to use bar after round
R.Gonzalez—Had heard golf course is in great shape
A. Pozzi—Contractor said course in great shape,course needs improvement because of age
R. Gonzalez—
• Does North Miami Chamber know we are open to the public
• Woman complaining of broken chairs
• Naming contest?
A. Pozzi—Yes in newsletter
J. Walters—Is Thursday night jazz going well?
A.Pozzi—Through May,kitchen will close and serve tapas gratis
B. Swan—Maybe people out of school will come
A. Pozzi—will check and maybe stay open
J. Walters-maybe limited menu on Thursdays
A.Pozzi—Maybe sandwiches and salads
J. Walters—Continuity of program
A.Pozzi—In summer if volume is good would help employees,thinks music is important
J.Walters—Synergy with Club and homeowners association
