A. Pozzi—Randy suggested naming the lounge to be a contest
B. Swan—Somebody in marketing or public relations to ask opinion—thinks a contest is a great idea
J. Walters—Is there a prize for the winning name

New Business:
H. Spahn—
• The guy who plays the sax is wonderfu
• Are you going to have specials for St. Patrick's Day?
M. Wilcoxen—
• Terrible time with getting tournament on its way—Wilcox Tournament,hopefully finals
tomorrow—championship with sandwiches
• Golf course excellent after cold weather, Seth is doing a great job
• Twosome play faster than a foursome
A. Pozzi—Chris is doing a good job as a starter about sending twosomes out
B. Swan—Everything is going great
R. Gonzalez—
• Food is magnificent in the lounge
• Area in lobby is very dull,should get some festive prints on the wall like beach scenes or people
dancing
J.Walters—Looking forward to the Mayor's Ball
R. Baker—
• Had Valentine's Tournament,Billy and Tanya won
• Has never seen a winter like this in 40 years
R. Sickelsmith—
• Friday nights very good
• A lot of new faces
• Thursdays are going to take time
B. Swan—Nice when people come later on Saturdays and they can still get service

• Changing structure of Sunday brunch,the full brunch is$18.95++
• Had requests for specials so we chopped the brunch into salad bar, egg station and carving station
• More than 50%of the brunch business is stations
• Increasing covers declining revenue
• Buffet is buffet,order from the kitchen
