B. Swan—Suggested not to review minutes
A. Pozzi—
• Finished a very challenging year,cut expenses greatly, Revenues went down 14%
• 2 years of decline based on what we see the overall golf revenue is even lower than last year
• No fat left to cut,start cutting into the muscle,our first quarter open to the public,revenue is up in
lunch and brunch and Friday night dinner
• Seeing new faces using the facility, going in the right direction
• Mixed age group for New Year's
• Went through scary time for the golf course with 10-11 days of low temperatures
• Golf course turned brown and came back when the temperatures warmed up—period of high stress
—did not over seed this year
L.Naughton—Good to see younger people in the bar on Fridays
New Business:
H. Spahn—
• Getting so many people on Friday—Valet should have a cart to bring runners back and forth
• Everyone at his table got tapas but no one else at the bar did
• Does not understand why Jazz is two nights in a row
A. Pozzi—a lot of people make Thursday there night out,trying to make TAGWOL stay later
E. Lowell—Request from ladies to order lunch in the locker room,have a lot of new members
A. Pozzi—We can do that
R.Gonzalez—Mayor's Ball insert is in the Chamber Newsletter,advertising?
A. Pozzi—We have a database of 6500 email addresses,we are careful about emails
B. Swan—Sunshade?
A. Pozzi—We are resorting to last option a manually operated crank
B. Swan—Billy Davis is having an event on Friday night—does not want the members to suffer
A. Pozzi—
• Going to move regulars to Village room and give them the Shores Room
• Beautiful bar but difficult to serve
• Bit the bullet and got thein music on Friday

• Same concern as Mr. Spahn on 2 nights in a row
• Change up the music
• Pro-Bowl and Super Bowl golf specials?
A. Pozzi—A big disappointment with the bookings,no corporate bookings,no phone calls
L. Mennes—
• Going good
• The leagues started in January,on a winning streak
• Tuesday get together
• Monday and Wednesday clinic
• Thursday leagues
• Kids everyday
• Energy and passion
J. Walters—wanted to thank Randy and Resa for their party
L.Naughton—Loves Friday night,a huge success,food is great
R. Baker—
• Holiday mixer had 24,Carl Gray and Bruce Brown won
• Have 52 golfers playing tomorrow in the member staff tournament
R. Sickelsmith--
Friday nights very good
• Everyone likes to see the place busy
• We will have more guest musicians on Thursday and Friday night
• February 12 is our Valentine's Dinner Dance
• March 12 is our St.Patrick's Dance
+ New Year's Eve the response was very upbeat
• Next challenge is server etiquette,trained in TIPS, it is up for renewal
