Present: H. Spahn,J. Spahn,E. Allen, B. Swan,R. Gonzalez, L. Mennes, L.Naughton, R. Sickelsmith,

New Business:
Alberto—
• Made changes in scheduling golf course maintenance
• Made an analysis of driving range usage,starting this week going to close the driving range at 9:00
PM instead of 10:00 PM
• Monday through Friday moved the ls`tee time to 7:30 AM
• Cut back on schedules on the back of the house
• Cut back on schedules for the Men's and Ladies locker room attendants, Sonia will work Thursdays
only, Eddie will work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Reviewing every line item in budget,trying to talk to vendors
• Had an incident with Mr. Swan
o Somebody in kitchen is playing games
o A cook in the kitchen made a decision to shutdown at 2:35 instead of 3
o Should not have ever happened,very upset
o There were 6 people in the kitchen
• Looking at drops worse than 15-17%
• March is also down
• April and May when rates go lower,business should remain constant
• $100 rack rates and club rentals are down
J. Spahn—
• Move tee up as far as they can go within tee box on Tuesday and Thursday
• It is a difficult course,too long for women
• Played last Friday at 8:00 AM and none of the restrooms were open
• Sand on the cart, it looks like dirt
A. Pozzi—Seth is using hmnate an organic fertilizer, it accentuates the healing process,it has a lot of organic
matter
H. Spahn—The South African wines were very good
E. Allen—
• Golf course in plantation is closing April 1, a construction company paying millions to use dirt for
construction on 595
• Mardi Gras very well done
A. Pozzi—Lago Mar,Arrowhead and rine Island Ridge are affected
L. Mennes—
• Tennis is still good
• Wine tasting was very good
• Marty came to the resident mixer,thought it was nice but not enough people

• In the legal stages between the City Manager and T Mobile
• MCD opposed to it,threatening legal action
• Have not heard anything
R. Gonzalez—
• Thought of putting an ad accepting a limited number of new members?
• Going to check art shows and stores to put art on consignment
A. Pozzi—Considering to do a complimentary summer membership again because we didn't do it last year
B. Swan—
• What was the cost of the band for the resident mixer?
• Concerned that the night it is held on
• Jason Yao did their event on a Friday night and had 40 people
A. Pozzi—
• The band was $300.00
• Easier to do it on a Friday night because we are here already,there is no additional cost
L.Naughton--Coming on Saturdays for lunch, the service and food are excellent
R. Sickelsmith—
• March 12 is the Resident Mixer
• March 19 is the Wine Tasting
• March 22 is the piano recital
• April 3 is Kevin Shay
• April 6 is the NCAA Mixer
R. Baker—
• Valentine's Tournament,the members loved the brunch and had candy for prizes
• March 14 and 15 is the couples tournament
R. Strickland—Have one more meeting
