Sickelsmith, H. Orlin, R. Strickland, and A. Pozzi A. Pozzi—Going to check our liquor license to see if after the wine tasting can buy the wine for discounted prices R. Gonzalez—Put the address of the club on the flyers New Business: A. Pozzi—Going over the comment card L. Mennes—There are no tennis events M. Agosta—Comment card should be given out with lunch check, should handout something to guest of members in an effort for them to join A. Pozzi—We will come up with a form to say: Would you like to receive additional infonnation about the club? Guest Name, Email, Phone, Address People might be upset with regarding membership enforcement, a few people tested us, we had to terminate a membership number an reissue them a new one H. Spahn—What if a realtor brings in a prospective member? Alberto—We would let it pass M. Agosta— Instead of servers asking"Are you a member?" They should say"What is your membership number?" R. Gonzalez—Are we ahead in membership? A. Pozzi—Treading water B. Swan— • It is nice that Pavel ordered some of the wines from the last wine tasting • Great thing that we opened this wine tasting to the residents • The men's locker room only gets the local channels • The beer cooler is broken for the kegs, maybe use the pony kegs M.S.C.C. Pozzi-Careful with the amount of choices that we offer because the beer will get stale, we offer five different choices B. Swan- • Spoke to some people about using our"dead" nights as membership recruitment night, so they can see what the club has to offer-getting to know you're your neighbors • Staff should be trained in first aid training • Should put out membership information at events L. Mennes- • Enjoyed the first wine tasting, happy to see that we are doing it again • Tennis doing very well, filled the team up H. Orlin- • We have a match against Quayside tomorrow • The Men's Team is working hard • The kids programs are well received • Membership is up • Goal is to increase night play • Flyer will be ready next week for summer camp H. Spahn-what are we doing at the bar? A. Pozzi-The first phase equipment replacement-draft cooler, awning, window treatments and the painting H. Spahn - • What is happening at the fence on 107`x' Street? • Attending the Women's Club dance and it seemed that no one was responsible for one table A. Pozzi- Spent $8500 on tree work, not going to do anymore K. Harris-Has not been here in awhile R. Baker- • Finished the Men's Fourball • Had a chance to meet new members • The winner was MR. Pozzi— Seth Strickland won the National golf tournament for the golf course superintendents in Orlando with lowest score in the 58 year history of the golf tournament Resa— Seth wanted everyone on the board to know that he really does not play all that much golf With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
