A. Pozzi —
• Going to buy one TV to see the best location for the TVs and to see how many
we need for the lounge
• We will try to have the DJ on Fridays again after the holidays
• Getting quotes on Formica and the equipment in the bar
• During the summer, the cost of maintaining the golf course is at its highest
• Dealing with a structure that is 70 years old, with no blue prints
• Spending$22,000 Replacing AC Units
New Business:
M. Agusta—What is the goal to increase membership or golf business? How does the board
help? The Club is an unused resource
Mr. Spahn—The timing of the wine tasting is too late, should have advertised the wine tasting
in the Village News, conflict with Doctors' Charter School
A. Pozzi— With regards to the tuning, we are trying to accommodate everyone
M. Augusta-- Should have an emai i list, offered to train staff on how to pitch wine tasting
J. Spahn—Rest Rooms on golf course were filthy, golf course is beautiful
B: Swan— Cannot emphasize enough the need for new TVs
R. Gonzalez— Should consider increasing the price of drinks
A. Pozzi—We increase the prices slowly
R. Baker—No Comments
R. Strickland—No Comments
