Advisory Board Meeting

A. Pozzi —
• Carpet will be installed this weekend, everywhere except the lounge and
executive offices.
• Installed new computer server
• Looking at new equipment package approximately$200,000—Replacing
fairway unit, T mower, greens mower and spray rig
New Business:
A. Pozzi—
• Sign passed the planning and zoning board
• Season not as strong as expected
• Superbowl hurt us
H. Spahn—7°i Fairway
A. Pozzi — Superintendent at Miami Country Day to fix fence—Going to cleanup debris

J. Hunter—
• Ditto last month
• Everything good
• Boys who put bags on the cart are doing a terrific job
T. Kretzchmar—
• Complaint that the Mayor's Ball was the same day as his 70`x' Birthday
• Dining Room is much improved since Randy took over
Resa—4 new younger couples have joined the Club in the last 10 days and 3 of the 4 have
booked parties
R. Gonzalez—Nothing Else

Randy—
• The decorations for the last 2 member events were outstanding, Resa made the
room stand out
• Mardi Gras did not have as big of crowd as expected
• For Valentine's Day we had professional pictures taken, the members really
enjoyed that
• Billy picked the worst time to have elective surgery
• Mayor's Ball was well received
R. Gonzalez— Ever consider bigger wine glasses?
Alberto—
• We purchased a 12 Oz Savoy about a month ago and we were going to fill it
about 60% and our members did not like it because we did not fill the glasses
• Going to use the glasses for wine service for the banquets
H. Orlin—
• Things are good
• Successful Season
• Ladies teams are doing great- Women's "B"Team is going off to the playoffs
• Men's Team "A" is going to the playoffs
• Flyers will be ready fir summer camp
• After school programs are doing very well
• Night play is ok, not great
• Saul does a great job
• Seth does a great job with the landscaping
C. Puerto—
• Couples event postponed to March 11
• Good investment in ball machine—have pin number instead of tokens
• Men's fourball is March 24, 25, 31 and April 1 st
