Pozzi— • Yard markers installed • Carlos completed tagging the irrigation system • Cart path completed • Parking lot restriped and sealed • Finalizing carpet selection—hope to be installed in March • Membership is up across the board New Business: A. Pozzi — • Effective January 21 Quayside joined the Club • Capital plan for this fiscal year: o Upgrading all computer systems—will help streamline operation o Restriping parking lot o Pressure Cleaning o Cart path repair o Deck is completed o Work in progress—new carpet o New roof of maintenance building o Selecting new equipment • Insurance doubled and coverage lessened T. Kretzchmar— • Heard Paul was leaving, couldn't save him? • Daylight savings starts March 11, going to start TAGWOL on March 29 Alberto — • Going to Edwin Watts, commission based position • Encouraged Paul to try the new position J. Hunter— • Thrilled with the way the course looks • Happy with Carlos, Thomas and Prudy • Lockerroom has never been cleaner • Randy comes by everyday to greet the ladies M.S.C.C.
