Present: H. Spahn, T. Kietzschmar, R. Gonzalez, J. Hunter, R. Sickelsmith, C. Puerto,
H. Orlin, S. Strickland, R. Strickland, and A. Pozzi
Alberto—
• Encouraged with renewals and new signups
• Tree stumps are removed, some grinding left to do
• New Staff in Dining Room, makes a big difference
• Got new cart path signs for when it rains
• Ordered new signs for 100, 150 and 200 yard markers
• Carlos is working with the staff in tagging irrigation markers and distance markers on
sprinkler heads
New Business:
Alberto—
• Ended Negotiations with Jockey Club
• Conversations have been going on for 18 months
• MSCC is moving forward as if the deal is not going to happen
• Going forward with building the deck
• Going to restripe the parking lot
• Cart path work is going to start.in 10 days
Mr. Kretzchmar—What happened to Quayside
Alberto—They Voted 5 to 4 against joining, going to revisit the issue in January
Ms. Hunter—
• It is nice to see Randy come by each table
• Seth is great, the golf course is in great condition
• Roger is an asset
• The Women's League is dwindling
Mr. Harris—Any report with Jockey Club
Mr. Kretzchmar—Have not played in awhile, heard from other people the course is in great
condition, service is excellent and the short ribs (served at the Chamber
Luncheon) were great
Mr. Gonzalez. —Food is very good
Alberto—Going to meet separately with Mr. Gonzalez to catch him up on things

Seth—
• Yardage Markers will be delivered in 1 to 2 weeks, they are artificial turf
• New pins and new flags have been ordered
• Sand is coming November 13, 2006
Ms. Hunter—Course plays difficult for women
Seth—
• Going to ride around with Jackie
• Seeding the tees the Monday after Thanksgiving
• Trees are complete,just have to pick up the debris
• Greenside bunkers and fairway bunkers are going to be redone
Howie—
• Camp ended and the after school programs started
• About a couple hundred kids a week, programs are affordable, has 5 to 6 instructors
• 2 men's teams play on Thursday, they won their 1"match
• Women's teams start tomorrow
• Saul does a great job
• Night play has increased by 20%
• Open till 7 pm on the weekend and 9 pm on the weekdays
• Has done a lot of promotions, free women's clinic on Tuesday, and there is something
for kids once a month
• December 1 will launch the online store
Alberto—The effort Howie has put into the courts is excellent, a credit to Howie
Carlos—
• Club is very positive, a change from others he has worked at
• Changed the look of the pro shop, stocking pro shop for the season
• Hoping to meet all the members
• Very happy to be here
Randy—
• Wishes he can have as many positive things as everyone else
• Pointing toward a successful season
• Spending more time on training
• Will keep trying
