REVIEW OF LAST MONTH'S MEETING MINUTES
NEW BUSINESS
Alberto Pozzi
We have awarded the tennis contract to TMS, Pres. Howard Orlin. He plans to ask
City Council for permission to put up lights, improve building, etc. We're very
excited to have him here. He will be starting effective September 1, 2002.
The bridge party will continue through the summer.
We have eliminated the weekday golf'membership and changing the seasonal
membership. Most of the memberships have lower rates.
We have made a commitment to update and fully automate the existing sprinkler
system. We will be installing the 3rd pump and replace all the control boxes with a
new sophisticated system.
