MEETING MINUTES

REVIEW OF LAST MONTH'S MEETING MINUTES
1) Alberto Pozzi reviewed proposed capital projects for the fiscal year of 2001.
2) Herb Spahn asked Alberto to elaborate on the contamination assessment report.
For reasons given by the city, it is something that needs to be done.
- The reconstruction of the area where the old pool is located will begin
hopefully in April to avoid heavy traffic areas of people and cars during the
season.
3) Alberto Pozzi went over pending projects on a priority basis and their significant
importance.
4) Herb Spahn questioned the greens and why the charcoal was put down. Alberto
explained the process of putting charcoal down and said that the greens should be
much better when the charcoal settles in.
5) Jackie Hunter and the Board discussed course etiquette and better procedures
regarding violations on the golf course. For members - a letter of warning was
suggested or temporary suspension of membership if occurrences are repeated.
Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
