Ladies Locker Room.
- Scoops have been placed in the buckets.
- Fakahatchee has been trimmed.
- We now have 2 Wedges classes.
In response to the questions asked by the Tennis members at the May meeting, Alberto gave the
following answers:
1. No, social members cannot play in tournaments, unless it is a Member-Guest
tournament.
2. The cost of the tournament was three-tiered, $25, $50, or $60.
3. The cost of the tournament included prizes, engraving, music, etc.
4. Alberto had a meeting with Michael Melanefy, policies for tournaments were re-
established. All tournament checks in the future will be made out to Miami Shores
Country Club.

everyday but Monday.
Alberto also stated that he has made it clear to the Tennis Pros, that the courts are available to
Members, Camp, Lessons in that order.
2) Dick Blum feels that when camp is there, Mike Melanefy is there. When camp is not there,
Mike is not there.
Mike responded by saying that he works 50-55 hours a week. Alberto feels that the important
thing is that the members have the perception that he is not there. Mike needs to make
himself more accessible to the members.

regulations that DERM has imposed, and we will study it before anything can be done.
