Review of Last Months Meeting Minutes
Agenda:
1 ) A sincere Thank You from the Advisory Board to the Village
Manager for the Christmas Gifts!
2) Alberto Pozzi - All membership categories are up.
- The Wednesday and Friday night dinners have been very
busy. Problem with making reservations in advance.
No policy has been previously established and needs to
be looked into
3) Ernest Upthegrove - The fairway bunker on Hole #18 needs
to have the lip a little more "penalizing" . Too easy
to hit out of right now.
- The Bridge located on Hole #12/#13 needs a sign to warn
golfers of the players that might be teeing off on #12 .
4) Joseph Schwartz - The international tennis tournament went
very well and was represented by many countries with
top seated juniors.
The "C" team controversy continues but hopefully next
year Miami Shores will be in the position to fill a "C"
team. Mike Melanefy will address this during season.
Pine Trees on south side starting to effect Tennis Courts .
5) Richard Thornton - The staked trees on the golf course have
been there for quite some time. Alberto said that they
need to remain there indefinately to ensure proper growing.
6) Agnes Aspinall - Announced her possible resignation.
