ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
JANUARY 6, 1993
Present: Lewis Harms, Chairman; Nina Huston; Richard Thornton
Ernest Upthegrove; Agnes Aspinall; Leon Newman
Also attending: Alberto Pozzi, General Manager;
Absent: Richard Haft, Joe Schwartz, Joseph Obermeyer
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Harms at 5: 45 PM.
Minutes of the previous meeting were not available.
Mr. Pozzi reviewed and updated the board on the following:
1 . Railroad Crossing: Work is to start on the crossing
January 11th. It is anticipated that the work can
be completed in 10 days.
2 . Score cards: Mr. Thornton has been working on this
project, it is in its final stages . Mr. Thornton
is consulting with the ladies golf association before
finalizing.
3 . Hurricane clean-up:
For intents and purposes the major clean-up has been
completed. The proposed schedule for the finalization
of the various projects follows: Fence work is to
be completed this week; tree trimming will follow.
The following week work will resume on the bathroom
project, the bathroom near the 10th tee has been
targeted. This will take about two weeks . Work on
the tennis courts will follow.
4 . Negotiations with the Village: PCM is waiting for
the Council ' s response.
5 . Memberships: As of the month of December, several
memberships have been added - 7 golf memberships,
one new tennis membership, 31 social renewals .
There has been an increase in play on the golf course during
the month of December. It is anticipated that the rate of
increase will continue through Easter.

The New Years Eve party was successful, a good crowd, many stayed
for breakfast.
The question of reinstituting the snack bar arose. Several
suggestions regarding the location of a snack bar were made.
Thought and study will be given to reinstituting the snack bar.
The next meeting will be January 27, 1993 at 5 : 30PM.
