13. UPON COMPLETION OF THIS PROJECT, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL GIVE THE OWNER A COMPLETED
SET OF RECORD DRAWINGS ("AS -BUILT") ALONG
WITH THE WRITTEN GUARANTEES, AND ALL
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL OF ALL
EQUIPMENT AND FINISHES INSTALLED.
14. IT IS NOT THE INTENT OF THESE DRAWINGS TO
SHOW EVERY MINOR DETAIL OF CONSTRUCTION. THE
CONTRACTOR IS EXCEPTED TO FURNISH AND INSTALL
