Dear Mr. Naranjo
We are requesting a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the property located at 1255
NE 99th ST in Miami Shores, FL. The reason for this request is that the owner's lease is
about to expire and he needs to move very soon. The interior of the house is almost
completed and all life safety requirements have been met. Due to a budget constraint we
focused on the interior and are now working on the few exterior items still pending. We
are requesting a TCO for 120 days to complete these remaining items.
We hereby hold harmless and release Miami Shores Village Building Department and
Miami -Dade Fire Department from any liability that may arise during the use designated
areas in the aforementioned facility while under the limitation of the Temporary,
Certificate of Occupancy.
We hereby certify that all means of egress shall be kept clear and accessible and that all
life safety systems will be maintained and operable at all times while. the building is d
being occupied.
