I, the undersigned have performed a wind pressure analysis as per ASCE 7-10 in order to determine the wind pressure of the building envelope at the Roof Perimeter location, where 2 feet by 2 feet and the 2 feet by 16 inches Skylights are to be installed. Based on our analysis, in the worst-case scenario, the skylights, proposed to be installed on the roof perimeter shall be able to overcome a positive pressure of minimum 19.77 psf and a minimum negative pressure of-56.85 psf to be structurally adequate and to resist the wind pressures requirements,of ASCE 7-10 and 2017 Florida Building Code. Wind Load-Pressure Computation Results Roof Perimeter 19.77 psf and -56.85 psf Attached are the calculation results using the MecaWind Pro v2.2.8.4 per ASCE 7-10 software, (See Page 3 of this report) It was verified that Skylights proposed to be installed at the Roof Perimeter Area with NOA No.: 17- 1031.02 with a design wind load pressure of positive 60 psf and negative of 80 psf meet the criteria mentioned above.
