Dear Mr.Naranjo
We are requesting a renewal for the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the property
located at 1255 NE 99th ST in Miami Shores, FL. The reason for this request is that even
though the house is completed the pool is still being renovated. For this reason we are
requesting a renewal of the TCO for 120 days to complete the pool and close all permits.
We hereby hold harmless and release Miami Shores Village Building Department and
Miami-Dade Fire Department from any liability that may arise during the use designated
areas in the aforementioned facility while under the limitation of the Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy.
We hereby certify that all means of egress shall be kept clear and accessible and that all
life safety systems will be maintained and operable at all times while the building is
being occupied.
