The building official has found work regulated by this code being performed in a manner contrary to the provisions of this code that are dangerous or unsafe. Submit permit application with all required documents and 2 sets of plans signed and sealed by a Florida license engineer and or architect. The plans should include the demolition of any and all work performed without permits and without approved inspection by the Miami Shores Village Building Department,the plans should comply with the requirements of chapter 8-10 of the Miami Dade County Code, section 107 of the 2017 Florida Building Code, and any other applicable local, state and federal codes and or ordinances applicable to the property. , 2. Pay required permit and violation fees. 3. Secure all required permits and obtain authorization from the building official to proceed with the work. Y Therefore, you are hereby directed that on or before Monday, April 9, 2018 you are to correct said VIOLATION and NOTIFY THE UNDERSIGNED BUILDING INSPECTOR that the VIOLATION has been corrected. Failure to make the correction(s)will result in one or more of the following actions: Disconnect utilities services, initiation of an unsafe structures case requiring demolition of the structure. Also, failure to comply with this notice may result in the department , l withholding issuance of other permits to you, referral of this matter to the appropriate licensing board or the filing of a lien against your property in the amount of any unpaid ticketing fines.
