Respectable Sirs:
Although I did give in handwriting to the Village my reasons to cancel the above
mentioned permit but at the time I did, I did not know what this contractor did to my,A/C,
although it is ready to be replaced it was working well only dropping water in the floor.
Therefore I would like to add other important concerns I have against Rafael Lamboy,
because he is doing his business under tricks claiming that are his company policies after
or been verbally agreed otherwise by writing.Now I wonder he has a permit under a
deceased name, Randal Dean Adkins and he will have one year to scam people with it,
because he returned my deposit taking $50.00 from my payment.

1St: He responds to my call because in one estimate I choose from three companies, but it
was no Freezing point, but there was his telephone number writing by hand; at the phone
he told me that price was too high, and he offers a much be r deal,here is the trick to

P In my research at the City Hall it was no register such name as he claimed to be,
neither in the FBPR website,however, looks like is working under the name of other,
person reasons I kept going dealing with him. 4
4th He brought me copy of the License person: Lazaro Dominguez and his Certified State
FBPR, and we spoke verbally how the 3 payments will be done. Here is the trick he
accepted the 10%to start on Friday and the 40 %to be paid at the installations was how I
was advised. Because he wants the 50%to begin, leaving the other 50% after the permit
passes,that was my explanation I gave to him, and he appeared to be agreed, 3`d trick.
5th: But at the time of signing 4th trick I notice first the Invoice and contract that he did
not discount the 10% $549.20 I have paid, reasons why I got distracted writing my
payment and not read the part where he claims"I have to pay the last 50% in Saturday
and before the permit was closed".

6t'The job was suppose to be done on Friday but postponed to Saturday as he requested
to be aloud in my house to take dimensions and I left him alone,time that he did
something bad to my A/C because after he left since that day.the A/C is dropping a
lot of water,before I drain towels twice a day, but now 7 times,the thermostat is broke
the A/C is not working well as it was before this visit. After 15 minutes at the end is
when he announces me about his policy of the last 50%whole contract to be paid the day
of the installation, $5000.00, Saturday alone?Main reason this permit it was canceled.
7`h In the estimated he send by e-mail shows the charge for the permit for$750.00
In conclusion, I would like to know in writing how the Miami Shores City Hall will `
prevent this man to use my above approved permit after he paid for it, does he will be
refunded the amount he paid for that permit? He is prominent in writing and editing
documents at the premixes he carries all the devices in his truck very impressing.
Because it not, there will be an open GAP to using my deceased husband name by*editing
address to scam other people looks like is the way to conduct his business.
