Due to the condition of the subject property a detailed list of deficiencies and/or needed repairs are beyond the scope of this inspection,and as such are considered
part of the regular necessary Contractor's Safety Training Program and follow OSHA rules for shoring and ACI-347.The guard railings are not completed at this
time.Contractor has to follow OSHA rules for guard railings installation and supervision.This inspection can only determine the visual physical and operational
conditions of this property on the day of the inspection(11/29/17).
