RLV CORP is pleased to provide the following proposal:
Description of Work:RLV CORP will provide for a new 22 kw Generac Guardian Series,aluminum
cabinet generator with matching whole house NEMA 3R 200 AMP Automatic Transfer Switch,outdoor
rated with Service Disconnect.
Installation includes: Installation of generator on West side of property,set on new concrete pad
constructed at a height equal to interior floor height of home.RLV CORP will provide for all required gas
and electrical labor and materials between gas/electric sources to generator,installation of ATS next to FPL
meter,new 26 R battery,system registration,test and turn up,customer overview and acceptance.
Warranty: RLV CORP passes through Generac's 5 year limited manufacturer generator warranty to the end
consumer. RLV CORP warrants installation materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years.A one-year
annual service plan is included with this contract.This plan includes 2 visits per year.
RLV CORP will coordinate and supervise all phases of this project from design, installation,testing,and user
acceptance/training.Permitting fees,if required,are pass-through costs paid by homeowner.

A 60%deposit is required to start,with 40%due upon system test/turn up and customer acceptance.
