Rajo Can we upgrade the ice dispenser? A. Pozzi • We arc looking at alternatives to the ice dispenser as people use several cups at a time which coupled with the wasteful usage of lids and straws become very costly. Additionally they generate a lot of waste and debris throughout the golf course • New ladies tee on #2 will extend to the first drainage ditch with drop zone in front of it White tee on number 7 and blue tee on number 8 will be redone, will take about 10 weeks to grow M. Gallo It would be nice for members to book their tee times online M.S.C.C. I1ozzi - We have llte capability to allow members to make lee time reservations online however we feel that this will exacerbate the problems we now experience with reservations for the early tee times on Saturday and Sunday mornings. As we have more members than tee times available during those periods. As it is all phone lines light tip at 12 noon the prior Friday as numerous members call in to reserve those early Saturday times. If we were to add online reservations we would have a situation where somebody might block a tee time online at the same time as one of our attendants is taking the same tee time reservation on the phone or vice versa. Additionally we must contend with members making more than one tee time reservation. We have been discussing a variety of options to alleviate the problem and make the tee time reservation process as simple and convenient one; unfortunately no matter what we do we will please some members and at the same time inconvenience others. With the advent of the new membership year October 1 we will institute a number of changes to the clubs rules and regulations and membership privileges which we think will be helpful to ensure that the access to those prime tee times is fair and equitable. B. Brown • Everything is awesome! • The proshop lines on Saturday mornings have been long A. Pozzi - We will add an additional attendant in the early morning hours to minimize the wait times R. Raymond The members driving range is in good condition P. Arutyunov Record attendance for Father's Day Brunch C. Bactzel • Golf course is in good shape • Rounds and revenue numbers are good • We had a great turnout for the US Open golf tournament • The July 4"' golf tournament is coming up, as of now 40 players are signed up • Summer camp participation is great • Greens aerification is scheduled for July 16'x' and the Tuesday after Labor Day • We will be introducing some new labels to our merchandise selection for the upcoming season The next meeting is scheduled for July 25 Meeting adjourned at 6:35 pm M.S.C.C.
