Public Hearing is now open:
Ms. Collen Hoff of 1290 NE 103 Street was present and wished to testify. Ms. Hoff
expressed concerns about safety in the swale. She spoke briefly about an incident they
had getting out of their driveway where safety was an issue. She had tree
recommendations about safety in the swales.
1. There should be a site triangle in all swales.
2. Control the issue of dense bushes in swales.
3. We should not allow any kind of thorn type plants in our swales.
Ms. Hoff concludes her testimony.

There was an issue with the size of the flat roof proposed.
Motion to table to the end of the meeting by Mr. Reese, seconded by Mr. Busta and the
vote was unanimous in favor of the Motion.
Motion to lift from table by Mr. Busta, seconded by Mr. Reese and the vote was
unanimous in favor of the Motion.
Applicant came back with new figure for flat roof to be 316 sq feet of flat roof proposed.
Motion to approve subject to Staff recommendations with the added condition that Mr.
David Dacquisto will verify the flat roof size administratively made by Mr. Busta,
seconded by Mr. Reese and the vote was unanimous in favor of the Motion.

Discussion took place regarding swale and green space and the proposal given by Mr.
Abramitis.
