Ms. Hoff expressed concerns about safety in the swale. She spoke briefly about an incident they had getting out of their driveway where safety was an issue. She had tree recommendations about safety in the swales. 1. There should be a site triangle in all swales. 2. Control the issue of dense bushes in swales. 3. We should not allow any kind of thorn type plants in our swales. Ms. Hoff concludes her testimony. Public comment now closed. Motion to table to the end of the meeting by Mr. Reese, seconded by Mr. Busta and the vote was unanimous in favor of the Motion. Motion to lift from table by Mr. Busta, seconded by Mr. Reese and the vote was unanimous in favor of the Motion. Applicant came back with new figure for flat roof to be 316 sq feet of flat roof proposed.
