MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS • 2.1. Main blade is 6.5" center to center,4.478" wide x .052" thick, constructed as indicated on approved drawing No. 97-827, Sheet I of 6, using extruded aluminum alloy 6063-T6, which is also used for the adapter slat and the other components shall be constructed using extruded aluminum alloy 6063-T6 unless otherwise noted on the same drawing. 2.2 Inside track sill blade pins shall be #10 x 3" Machine Screws manufactured from 410 stainless steel with fluorocarbon coating and .460" x .050" thick stainless steel washer and a 3/8" diameter x 0.90" long nylon bushings and the inside track header blade pins shall be 910 x 3" Machine Screws manufactured from 410 stainless steel with fluorocarbon coating and a 3/8" diameter x 0.90" long nylon bushings with .870" diameter x .251" nylon spacer and rollers at every fourth blade. and a 3/8" diameter x 0.90" long nylon bushings.
