The proposed work specified in the city approved plans and structural calculations were installed according to the Florida Product Approvals and plans. As a result of a very detailed inspection on the above mention premises it is my professional opinion that the Windows and Doors are installed according to the submitted plans and meet the 5th Ed. 2014 Florida Building Code. This project serves as a guarantee that the installation was done in accordance with the inspections required by the existing code, the framing waterproofing and bucks were installed by the NOA's attached on plans approved by the city all the screws were inserted to the correct distance. However this engineer report does not represent a warranty for the product installed, please contact the window and door manufacturer to obtain warranty information.
