1. Remove all broken and/or badly cracked field tile throughout the entire roof area, where damaged during Hurricane
Irma.
2. Remove all broken and/or badly cracked hip and ridge tile throughout the entire roof area, where damaged or blown
off during Hurricane Irma.
3. Install mastic and membrane roofing at all areas where tile removed.
4. Install new field tile over all areas where broken and/or badly cracked removed. COLOR AND SHAPE OF TILE
TO MATCH EXISTING AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE. ALL TILE TO BE INSTALLED WITH EITHER
CEMENT OR FOAM.
5. Install new hip and ridge tile where broken and/or badly cracked removed. COLOR AND SHAPE OF TILE TO
MATCH EXISTING AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE. ALL TILE TO BE INSTALLED WITH CEMENT AND/OR
AN APPROVED ADHESIVE.
6. Install cement and/or an approved adhesive at all loose hip and ridge tile THROUGHOUT all roof areas. ALL
OF THE HIP AND RIDGE WILL BE INSPECTED.
7. Remove all roofing debris from roof and premises.
SUM OF ENTIRE JOB: Three Thousand Three Hundred Eighty -Two Dollars $3,382.00
NOTE: THE ABOVE CONTRACT AMOUNT IS VALID BASED UPON THE SCOPE OF WORK AND

Pioneer Roofing Co., Inc. guarantees the repairs to the owner named above for a period of one (1) year for
workmanship and materials only. This guarantee is subject to Article #13 on the reverse side of this Contract and
DOES NOT cover leaks caused by acts of man or animal, abuse, lightning, hurricane, tornado, hail storms, vandalism,
or other unusual climatic phenomena or acts of God. At the sole discretion of and subject to any terms required by
Pioneer Roofing Co., Inc., the owner named above may assign this guarantee to a subsequent owner of the property for
the remaining term of the one (1) year period. Any request for such assignment must be made in writing. Pioneer
Roofing Co., Inc., may charge a fee as part of any such assignment.
NOTE: Owner to reimburse this Contractor for cost of the permit, notice of commencement and cost to obtain sane, if
required.
NOTE: There may be sags in the roof structure. This contractor WILL NOT level the sags. The sags WILL NOT
affect this contractor's workmanship over the area repaired.
