At: Ismail Naranjo. May 25th, 2016 Re: Permit RC 15 —1077 — Revisions Application —1050 NE 105 St. Dear Ismail. Following our May 19th meeting with Tony Canelas, we are submitting 2 sets of plans for revisions for the above mentioned permit. 1. One is the March 17th, 2016 revision for which we did not apply following the roof plan modification we realized was necessary due to an error in the on-site measurements. 2. The second one corrects a building error caused by a mistake in the Structural engineer's apparent measurement, which resulted in an 8" mismatch between the foundation plan and the roof plan. As a result, the North jacks of the roof structure did not meet the existing house beam. It was agreed that the proper solution was to install 8" longer repair jacks so that the roof structure could properly connect to the existing house beam. The architectural plan revision reflects the correction to meet the "as built" structure. We trust these revisions will prove satisfactory, and hope they will be processed rapidly, so that work can resume on the site, and we can finish the project. Best regards. Philippe Alluard
