Dear Building Official,
• In reference to the interior drywall in the Den after new sliding glass door and window were
installed, it was determined that the drywall was 1/2"thick and attached to the 1"x2"pt furring w/
1/8"dia.drywall screws x 1"long spaced at 8"oc thru out.The methodology used was to visually
observe the drywall and screws prior to the taping and painting.
• In reference to the electrical in the Den where the new sliding glass door and window were
installed,no new electrical work was done.All electrical is exstg.and to remain as is.

Dear Building Official,
• In reference to the windows that used 2by bucks an inspection was done to verify the
installations. It was determined that the wood bucks were 2by p.t.that were attached to existing
concrete openings w/'/4"dia.tapcon screws x 3 3/4"long spaced at 6"from corners and max. 12"
o.c. elsewhere.Note all tapcon embedment were min. 1 '/2".The methodology used was to
visually inspect the wood bucks prior to the installation of the windows.
In conclusion,all work inspected was determined to be structurally sound and meets my design criteria
and specifications and installed as per the approved NOA.
